Tom McCall Upper Elementary School has been in service as a school since 1952. It was originally a high school then a middle school and five years ago it changed to an upper elementary school. It serves all fifth and sixth graders in the Forest Grove School District. Tom McCall students transition to Neil Armstrong Middle school for seventh and eight grades.
