Creating Prides mission is to build stronger learning environments in whole school communities by helping teachers to make the arts a regular part of every childs learning. Creating Pride is a Chicago community-based nonprofit organization focused in education and the arts. Founded in 1992 Creating Pride has grown from partnering with one school community in the 1992-93 academic year to the 17 with which we work in the 2000-01 academic year.
