Community Action Team Inc. (C.A.T.) is a locally controlled, private, not-for-profit corporation, serving Columbia, Clatsop and Tillamook Counties. Community Action Team main focus is to mobilize resources and address the needs of the economically disadvantaged. C.A.T. currently serves over 16,000 persons annually.
