The Mission of the Career Transition Center is to support and empower individuals during job transition and career change. This is accomplished through training clients on current job search skills, coaching clients during career changes, and marketing clients to employers in Northeast Ohio. Our Vision is to build an organization to assist job seekers in Northeast Ohio to get into a supportive and professional "workplace" environment, because job search is a full time job. Our Values are to use integrity and honesty to assist job seekers in finding appropriate positions in the local business market by helping them gain confidence and realize their actual value in the local market. We also work with local businesses during their time of need when laying off employees to provide the best start possible for these employees into a new career. Our Goal is to become the leading Job Search Transition Center in Northeast Ohio for management, professional and technical job seekers.
