The Hampton Emergency AMBER Response Team (H.E.A.R.T.) is a volunteer emergency resource commission based in the City of Hampton. H.E.A.R.T. Marshals are made up of career professionals from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. H.E.A.R.T. acts similar to a Child Abduction Response Team (C.A.R.T.) to assist in the search and recovery of missing children.
