The VOCA Program at Columbia River Mental Health provides services to children who are primary and secondary victims of physical abuse sexual abuse and domestic violemce. The primary purpose of the VOCA program is to extend and enhance services to victims of violent crimes with an emphasis on early intervention. Volunteer mentors are an integral component of the VOCA program
