Our purpose is to empower the Central Texas Communities of color to gain access to quality health care and to increase awareness of health welliness. CCNET has been working in the community since July 1992. CCNET: Support career enhancement and educational development of financially needy students of color. Encourage and promote efforts to address the health related needs of minority communities. Network with others to identify funding opportunities. Share information within the participting agencies/organizatiions to assist on identifying resources services
