TexSigns is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to focus on developing affordable housing projects for elderly who are deaf/ hard of hearing. In order to provide the social and welfare programs that needed for the elderly deaf / hard of hearing our goal is to create secured living environments and communities which communication is barrier free.
