Our mission is to motivate individuals participating in programs at human services nonprofits in the Austin area to achieve self-improvement goals by providing them with the incentive of new brand-name athletic shoes. We are an incentive-based nonprofit that rewards hard-working underprivileged kids and adults with a new pair of athletic shoes for achieving educational and other self-improvement goals. Our program uses the motivation of the individual to demonstrate to him or her that progress is possible
