Toviah Thrift Shop's mission is to help meet the financial needs of Covenant Community Church (a ministry dedicated to the guidance and upliftment of children in the West Philly Community) and the Jubilee School (a private school who's mission is to provide the highest level of education of possible to children regardless of their families income).
