OYCP's mission is: TO PROVIDE A HIGHLY STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT WHICH INTEGRATES DIVERSE ACTIVITIES INTO A UNIFIED EXPERIENCE THAT FACILITATES PERSONAL GROWTH AND ACHIEVEMENT FOR AT-RISK YOUTH. II.
