Green Ideas started in the 90s as a small NGO in the eastern part of Nigeria As a member of the UN we participated in Aids awearness programs in schools. It was a very trying time because most African Gorvernments refused to accept the presence of HIV in their communities. With the help of sister organizations from all over the world we were able to carry on. With millons of children forced out of schools in Africa after losing both parents to AIDS we are setting up IT vocational schools for these kids and collecting used computers
