Cramer Hill Community Development Corporation (CHCDC) is a community based development organization committed to resident driven revitalization of the Cramer Hill neighborhood of Camden New Jersey. CHCDCs goals are: to create affordable housing and build a mix-income neighborhood; strengthen economic opportunity; promote the development of improved community facilities; empower community residents through community organizing and development activities; and assist families who are being relocated due to redevelopment activities so that their lives will be minimally disrupted
