Stop the Reroute of Minnesota Highway 55 which has been planned for 40 years to run through the largest forest in Minneapolis: Minnehaha Park. The 6-lane highway will carry twice as many cars daily to southern suburbs and the Mall of America. Transit along the route is secondary. The 200-year-old burr and red oaks in the path are scheduled to be cut in late 1998 or early 1999
