The Educational Foundation for a Free World seeks to aid talented young people from nations of former communist rule in gaining access to the educational resources necessary to achieve their goals in moling the futures of their respective nations. Given that the young people of any nation represent the future of that nation; former communist countries are struggling to identify their futures; and former communist nations are learning to live and become a part of a free world; the Foundation recognizes that these nations' young people need to receive their education in an already free nation.
