American Cellular Donation Organization (ACDO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting our environment by recycling used cellular phones while raising funds for a great cause. ACDO offers a great program in which you can raise funds for your organization. A free welcome kit is provided that includes all the materials you need to start a used cell phone recycling campaign. Phone drives are run for at least 90 days. As long as your organization collects 50 phones or more shipping is free back to the ACDO warehouse. 45-60 days later your organization will receive a check for the amount of working phones multiplied by their current market value. This could be anywhere from 50 cents to 75 dollars per phone. Non-working phones are recycled to protect our environment
