The purpose of the Michigan Youth Leadership (MYLead) organization is to inspire the youth of Michigan to become positive leaders in our communities...now and for the future. We especially encourage leadership in the area of community service. We host an annual 3-day leadership weekend for over 200 high school students. Each school in southeast Michigan has the opportunity to select a sophomore-level representative to attend the weekend. We plan to form local MYLead chapters focused on leadership and community service
