The Young Peoples Socialist League is a nationwide multi-tendency organization which unites on the principles and practices of grassroots organizing. YPSL is democratically run with its structure and practices visible and accessible to all members; giving young people a place to take on leadership roles in advancing social change. We reject dogmatic ideologies and promote vigorous internal debate. The organizational goals of YPSL at the national level are to unite and serve the locals. In 1989 YPSL became the youth affiliate of the Socialist Party USA
