410-563-0097 Education Based Latino Outreach (EBLO) is dedicated to fulfilling our mission of improving the lives of Hispanic youth and their families by providing educational opportunities and cultural programs. EBLO needs and welcomes your donations. Volunteers are encouraged to share their talents and time with the Hispanic community in Baltimore City. EBLO seeks to accomplish its mission through the following programming: La Escuela Sabatina (Saturday School): Seeks to provide Hispanic children and youth weekly one to one tutoring. The program emphasizes achievement and fosters self-esteem through culturally sensitive academic and recreational activities. Mi Segunda Casa/My Second Home Provides Hispanic Elementary school students with on site tutoring sessions at Highlandtown elementary #215 with volunteers from loca colleges
