The Baltimore Free Store collects donated and salvaged items and provides them to people for free. We hold one day temporary Free Markets every other week in different locations throughout Baltimore City. We target low-income neighborhoods but do not require one be low income to take items. We do this as a way to highlight the amount of waste created by a consumerist driven society to promote recycling and reuse
