The name is PTV. It stands for People TV Inc. We were created in 1986. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit community based organization that operates the public access facility in the City of Atlanta. Our mission is the operation development and management of the PUBLIC ACCESS CHANNEL within the Atlanta cable television system.
