Established in 1998 whose grantmaking mission is to encourage both the public and nonprofit sectors to be more responsive to the needs of our local community. Trellis Fund is especially concerned about the needs of people who are most disadvantaged or underprivileged.

We give grants to groups whose rigorous research and strategic interventions successfully change peoples lives. We support those organizations who tackle the toughest and most complex societal issues. We are particularly interested in how groups harness the power of communications to bring about positive change.
