213-553-1822 The PALS for Health Program provides (1) Health care related interpretation/translation services targeting limited English proficient communities and the providers who administer to them; (2) outreach services; (3) health care interpreter training and language proficiency testing (4) community and provider education on language rights in health care; and (5) advocates to improve health care access for LEP individuals. The program serves all of Los Angeles County.
