The Shenandoah Valley Network links organizations in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley working on specific transportation and development issues and connects Valley residents with state and national organizations and resources. The Network seeks to preserve the historic resouces of the Shenandoah and to inform Valley residents about issues that will drastically change the character of the Valley.
