The Blue House Common Ground Lower 9th Ward Project is an all-volunteer project of the Common Ground Collective. We strive to work with residents of the Lower 9th Ward (displaced and returned) in meeting their needs. We work in solidarity with the community and operate on a mutual aid basis. Our volunteers consist of both concerned people from all over the country and the residents of the Lower 9th Ward.
