Project Asia Foundation is a 100% volunteer driven nonprofit and nonpartisan organization dedicated to promoting social activism and philanthropy with a focus on charities in Asia. Project Asia is a portal that will allow users and donors a centralized location to access selected nonprofit organizations and charities in Asian countries. The charities selected will have a record of success as well as a nonpartisan stance. As Asian Americans become increasingly active in socially active issues within their respective communities Project Asia provides an arena where visitors can exchange ideas and strategies on fundraising as well as mobilize grassroots efforts in Asian communities. Asian American professionals have increasingly sought a role in assisting important issues and problems in their homelands; Project Asia hopes to become a bridge with resources and tools to assist them.
