N/A The mission of Morning Star Rising Youth Empowerment Program is to provide a structure combining curriculum with community-based experience that will support adolescent girls in making personally healthy and pro-social decisions. The vision guiding this mission is that each girl will achieve greater self-knowledge and self-respect by becoming aware of her own potential to be an important member of her community in a way that is satisfying to herself and of benefit to others.
