N/A The WDC & RLC provides both educational training & workforce development services. The learning center offers Rosetta Stone computer based language classes to students who are learning English or Spanish. In addition to the language courses the RLC currently offers a Basic Computer Class and an Excel Class as well as educational trainings taught by Workforce staff.
