N/A Agency mission is to help people help themselves. Program Seeds to Success is a community-based life skills and treatment program for adult clients from the corrections system in Adams County. The program is offered as a treatment program for those in prison or on probation or parole. It also provides a way for adults to complete court-ordered community service obligations.
