The Access and Reception Center is a partnership between Janus Youth Programs and New Avenues for Youth. We serve as a screening and referral site for homeless youth ages 15-21 who may be entering the Downtown Homeless Youth Services Continuum and for youth ages 12-17 who have been taken into custody for a status offense or ordinance violation. We work in collaboration with families and community agencies to provide safety off the streets
