The Elaine S. Chernicoff Foundation provides grants to children in grades K-8 through a blind juried competition. The program is designed to provide both labeled and non-labeled mentally gifted children the opportunity to develop usable concepts,ideas and talents in conjunction with their elementary and middle school education.
