The mission of the Lysandra Project is to provide the highest quality self defense and safety awareness training programs for women available. We believe that self-defense and freedom from fear is a womans inalienable right. We pledge to offer our programs at no cost to participants. In class we will emphasize every woman's right to choose whatever actions she finds necessary and appropriate in her situation. We expose women to a wide variety of options from which she can choose. Options range from prevention and diverting situations to methods for escaping.
