Minn-Kota PAAWS/PAAWS Project provides low-cost spay-neuter-vaccination assistance to people in our area who would otherwise be unable to afford those services. Some of the groups that utilize our services include those with fixed incomes (elderly or disabled pet parents); people with low incomes; farmers with large barn cat populations; and people who care for feral or stray cats or cat colonies. We practice TNR(trap-neuter-release)regarding the feral/stray cat colonies. We desex & test all un-homed cats for feline leukemia/FIP by request of local veterinarians
