Learning Inc. is a small non-profit organization based in the Hampden neighbourhood of Baltimore City. Our mission is to reengage Baltimore City at-risk adolescents in the process of education and to provide them with academic and life-skills so that they might grow to be caring and responsible adults with real economic opportunity.
