The mission of C.A.R.E. is to offer humane education to area school districts and organizations; reduce the population of unwanted animals by an active spay/neuter campaign and help families adopt or place a pet through adoption referral/counsel services. But our mission does not end with these essential goals. We will strive to establish a lifetime personal commitment of actively reaching out into the community to help solve the problems of animal abuse and neglect by promoting and teaching compassion and respect for all living creatures.
