Criminon Illinois is part of the Criminon network. Our mission is: 1. Eliminate those factors which produce and precipitate criminal behavior. 2. Restore common-sense moral values. 3. Provide educational tools and life skills so prison inmates can be responsible and contributing members of society. 4. Assist the criminal justice system to bring about reforms that will accomplish these aims.
