The Mission of the american Red Crossis to improve the quality of life; to enhance selfrelaiance and concern for other; and to help people avoid prepare for and cope with emergiencies. it does this through services governed and directed by volunteers and are consistent with it congressional charter and the principles of the International Red Cross.
