Welcome to the largest organization for girls in the world! Our mission is to build girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place. Through activities in science and technology, business and economic literacy, and outdoor and environmental awareness, Girl Scouting provides girls with opportunities for fun and friendship, while fostering development of leadership skills and self-esteem. Volunteer Information: Volunteering with Girl Scouts is a rewarding experience as you will have many opportunities to help and guide girls in your community to develop the courage, confidence and character to become our future leaders. We have volunteer opportunities that will fit any schedule. Lead girls in a weekly Girl Scout troop enviorment, share your skills and interests as an on-call expert, assist with the local leader infrastructure by taking a position on our Service Unit Team or help out at Day Camp in the summer.
