Make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate than us by volunteering a couple hours of your time! Our mission is to alleviate hunger in our community by saving perishables that would have been discarded and immediately deliver the to the organizations most in need. We save over 5,000lbs of food every week! Volunteer Information: St. Louis Food Rescue is 100% teenage volunteer run! And we need the help of every single young person to help make a difference. Educating youth is the most important thing we can do, and with 1 in 5 civic organizations nationwide not even extensively involving youth in their work, today's youth face a crisis. That is why we delegate all volunteer opportunities to young people. Can you make a donation? St. Louis Food Rescue needs donations.
