The Valley Of Love Ministries Inc. is a 501 c3 non profit organization which was established in 2004, by Marie Antoinette Jean-Pierre affectionatly know as "Biblo" to solicit for support for the orphans of Haiti. Over the years the Ministry has expanded to include assistance to other less fortunate residents in Palm Beach County. Ministry Engagments in Haiti On February 29, 2004 after the exile of former president Aristide from Haiti, many businesses were burnt down, children lost their parents and parents lost their job. As a result, many parents do not have enough funds to support their family. Ms. Jean-Pierre and two concerned parents visited Haiti and began building an orphanage, Unfortunately material prices have skyrocketted, and The Valley Of Love Ministries does not have sufficient funds to finish the building. Currently, we rent a home for the children, some of the needs of these children include: Food (three times per day) & clothing, school uniforms & supplies, medical supplies n more. Valley Of Love Ministries is based in Riviera Beach Florida. As such she has had to expand her activities to include assisttance to other less fortunate in Riviera Beach and other contiguous cities. Some of these activities include the following: 1-Completing online applications for residents who qualify for the food stamp and medicaid programs, provision of school supplies , 2-diapers, and clothed 3-Provision of medical and legal support to families in need 4-Helping to locate jobs for the unemployed and shelter for the homeless. 5- Providing spiritual support to families through prayer and a weekly radio ministry. Volunteer Information: Yes we desperates for volunteers, we needs volunteers to make phone calls, to help type letters, filling n more. Can you make a donation?
